The website runs diagnostics on your computer... you click "Run", and the website shows a detailed report all hardware on your comp.. plus shows what hardware is compatible with your comp if you wish to upgrade.. come on tech dudes.

You said "diagnostics", which sounded like you wanted some website cure-all for a problem.

Try hwinfo. But you still need to know what you're doing, and it sounds like you don't (no offense).
