How much do you want to spend?
Just your basic upgrade would be a new head unit and four coaxial door speakers. You could get away spending $350 and it would sound decent. You can also throw a small sub and amp in there if you want. Budget system that will sound good would probably cost $500 with all of that plus the wiring.
If we knew how much you wanted to spend, it would be easier to advise you.
Shop at sonic electronix, not Crutchfield
