Thanks for the info OMG. Something about the OP didn't add up.
A question about the Depo-Provera. If she got that injection knowing she was pregnant, would that be against the law? Or would that be a legal form of abortion? What I'm wondering is if she got the injection with the intent of aborting the fetus.

Although not outside the realm of possibility, it still just wouldn't make sense. If she knew what she were doing the whole time, why a) go to the hospital with these generic complaints when you know they are due to you passing products of conception and are self-resolving and, more importantly, b) why would you "confess" to what you confessed to? I mean, if all she said was "I think I had a miscarriage bc I started depo and my dr didn't do a pregnancy test on me" then she would be in the clear.
