Hows the keyboard on that ASUS?

It's a little cramped (understandably so on a 10" device) but it feels solid and has great response. It actually feels like a real keyboard, not like an afterthought or accessory to the device.

I have not had a windows device, besides my work computer, which I hate, in about 7 years. How's 8.1??

8.1 is great. It helps to have the two modes for the two different uses of the T100. When I use it as a laptop, the normal mode is just like Windows 7 and very familiar. When I detach the keyboard and use it as a tablet, the mobile version of 8.1 comes in very handy. The available apps are somewhat lacking, but if you really want a program, most are available to use in the full on windows version.
