Dale Brown had all of his college shots charted. If there had been a three point line, he would have averaged 60+ points per game.

He wasn't just great in college. He was, and is, the best.

No. He only averaged 44 points as it was. That would mean that he would need at least 16 of his made shots per game to be behind the 3 point line. Take away his 10 or so points per game he made from free throws, and that would mean that ~90% of his makes were from further than 20 feet. So no.
