Wake up at 4:45. Out the door at 6. I'm not a morning person and it takes me 2 cups of coffee before I feel like leaving.

As someone who considers himself a morning person (and who woke up at 4:45 for 4 of the last 7 years), I'm comfortable saying that no one is a morning person before about 5:30. That's like the barrier.
