Considering the Bengals have given up the most fantasy points to RBs the past 3 weeks and are 31st against the run. I'd say it was a smart play to play a Cleveland RB.

But you wouldn't know all that.

Cleveland is not the worst RB situation. I would take them over Carolina, Atlanta, and Oakland. Probably one or two others as well.

Tate and Crowell will probably finish as top 25 RBs this week now.

I'd argue Carolina is the worst RB situation in fantasy. Cam is their best RB.

Stephen Jackson ain't too bad when he gets the majority of the touches.
