This is the part where you explain how and why I'm wrong.
Jews have always looked at the gov for help and believe it to be a valid tool. This goes back to Europe. The free market and GOP mantra of less gov doesn't help solve anti semitism, addressing zoning laws, etc.

It is as if you are completely unaware of some basics. Jews have been at the forefront of unionization, feminist, and civil rights fight. Their history has shown that collective political action works and is in direct contrast to lassez faire capitalism.

I could go into the fact that the Jews of the late 1800s came from Eastern Europe where they were attached to labor/socialism/etc.

Btw, I've been hearing about Jews breaking for the GOP for two decades. Hasn't happened yet. In fact, by decade support for dems has increased.

Folks of Jewish descent make up around 0.2% of the global population but have historically accounted for over 20% of the Nobel prize awardees. While the Nobel is certainly tarnished with it's moronic awarding of the Peace Prize to BHO, the scientifically-related awards are much less controversial and having folks of Jewish descent so heavily over-represented has long been held up as an example of the theorem that Jewish people are, on average, more intelligent than any other ethnic subset. Ashkenazi Jews in particular, if one cares to further explore the theory.
