I'm tracking now - silly though - but if it is by individual running first on November 4th - I guess that's one way to do it.
The district, though, is currently red - more votes for Republicans were cast on November 4th, and the district will be red after the runoff. Just sayin'...(Duck Dynasty vote got split, y'all).
