It's the white half that was guilty...but only because it was an election year with a struggling black candidate that needed to get out the vote.

So the dispute was over her not being compensated for the merchandise featuring her son'a likeness? I can understand her frustration, but she won't avoid lawyer fees by getting arrested. She should fight that in court and not through physical altercations.
