As opposed to..? I'm not on any side here, but I have had antenna, dish, direct, U-verse and Cox...None of them have 100% reliability

I'm just saying there's a whole lot of improvement to be made between 99 and 100%, and 99% seems, to me, to be the bare minimum reliability to even be called acceptable service, and not something to brag about in a commercial.

While true, I have never had Cox go out because it was raining hard. Happened all the damn time on satellite.
