Coaching is a major issue. Just look at Snyder at Kansas State. Zero 4 or 5 star recruits the last two years. I saw a stat during a game that they has 20 walk-one and 12 JUCO's in their 2 deep!

Snyder might be the best pure coach in all of football over the course of the last quarter century. What he's been able to do at a historically awful program like KSU with walk-ons, JUCO transfers and 2 and 3 star recruits is unprecedented.

His teams are some of the most disciplined, fundamentally sound, and well-coached at every position. They never beat themselves with stupid penalties, poor decisions or bad playcalling.

How? These blanket statements prove nothing without evidence. The B1G coaches are desired at many, many places. ND tried to get Ferentz for years, why do you think he is paid so high? Meyer could pick his job. Same with Dantonio. Pelini is also desired, Franklin just the same. Fitz will be able to get another P5 coaching job (there is just no talent at NW - what he did with those 2-3 stars is amazing).

Michigan is the one school who is underachieving, so an upgrade there is needed.

Snyder is an outlier and its whole another ballgame at Kstate. In the B1G youre not going to able to bring in JUCOs who can barely speak english
