I'll take the same stats again



Poche had a great freshman year. But he often had a high pitch count which caused him to hit his limit after 6-7 innings.

I hope he takes the next step as an elite pitcher this year, but for some reason I am fearing a Kurt McCune-like sophomore slump.

Am I being irrational? Help me out here.

I also wouldnt be shocked with a sophomore slump, something like a 4 ERA wouldnt surprise me

we will have 3 new weekend starters by the time SEC play comes around, at least 2 will be freshmen
