I agree he's a great kid. It would probably rest my wife's conscience - isn't that what wives/mothers do so well (take care of others?)

Not trying to place women in a category, but yes... You seem to think you are this tough guy that can fiend for himself.. and maybe you are and want to pass that along to your son... nothing wrong with that at all and I think those are good traits to try and pass on...

But I bet your wife takes good care of you too. Behind every strong man is a strong woman. I don't doubt this at all.
