My dentist told me when he finished dental school he and his wife went to buy dining room furniture.

The salesman started talking and asked him what he did for a living. He replied he was a dentist, and the salesman showed him the most expensive dining room set in the store.

My dentist friend said he looked the salesman in the eye and said, "we wanted something a little nicer."
