She was still doing those things to her sister at the age of 17. She talks about how she masturbated while her sister's body ground against her in bed. She also talks about how she would pay her sister in candy to let her kiss her on her lips for five seconds.

These things started at the age of 7 but continued through to her teenage years.

A Seven year old is incapable of molesting? Heck if a little boy kisses a little girl on the cheek he's suspended from school.

She admits to several instances of molesting her little sister.

It's not normal.

At which point it could be considered sexual curiosity, which is normal imo and all kids seem to exhibit in one way or another.

But it continued until age 17. She's 6 years older than her sister. At some point it becomes incest and/or sexual abuse, lesbian variety. If it was brother/sister instead of sister/sister, I think people would be seeing this differently.
