The MS line needs to be curved so Slidell is in Mississippi and more of Covington, Mandeville, and Madisonville are in Louisiana.

I had to give Mississippi some of the nice parts of north shore so they'd take Baton Rouge.

Eta: they said no deal on Slidell

Technically speaking, you could create one big garbage state called "Arklamiss", with the southern part remaining "Louisiana".

ETA: give the Florida parishes to Mississippi also. Even though Baton Rouge easily fits in Mississippi as well, you kinda have to keep it for obvious reasons.

" … the wealthiest 5 percent of the parish earns $611,000 on average …"

I know nothing about Lake Providence, so: how do these $600K people earn their money? What kind of industry or business is there that pays salaries like this? Gas? Timber? Just curious.

It's all cotton. They own all the land, or they own the businesses that is needed to support the cotton industry.

Those 6800 are all on social security or welfare. They don't do shite except act like things aren't equal and make babies.

Lake Providence area is awesome if you're not poor and/or black. Lots of cluelessness in this thread as usual.

Anybody that has a problem with Lake P should boycott cotton

If you want to give the poors some help, stimulate their economy by passing through and ordering yourself up a large crack rock

Perhaps they should move to a city that will give them an opportunity to earn more.
