I grew up at the base of Cheaha, which will be the highest elevation on the trail. It is nice. Just watch for snakes and ticks. Any specific questions? As kids, we played on that trail all the time.

I would like to know about about elevation changes (steepness), water sources along the trail, and places to resupply.

I'll probably end up buying a guidebook for it. Any suggestions?
