I'm thinking about it. It's 335 miles long. I hiked the AT last year and I'm wanting to get out and do another long hike (but not too long).

I'm curious about the elevation profile. Any info on it would be appreciated.

The portions of it I've hiked in AL have been flat as flat can be.

I grew up at the base of Cheaha, which will be the highest elevation on the trail. It is nice. Just watch for snakes and ticks. Any specific questions? As kids, we played on that trail all the time.

Here's the elevation profile from the 100 mile race from this weekend. My buddy ran it. I cannot think of a more torturous thing to do, but he's a tough SOB.
