Their email is handled by the company that does their website. I'm going there sometime this week to take a look and get a better idea. They are running Win 7 on all the computers. They only need office on about 4 computers.

Search on Discount Mountain Software. Check out their Office listings and you'll see multiple copy info to help make your decision. I'd lean towards 2013 professional.
