the trooper killer--looks like the police got some payback on him. It made me think of the Marines who were prosecuted for urinating on the corpses of Taliban terrorists....
I just wish those Marines hadn't been foolish enough to video their actions.
I understand how the cops feel, but it troubles me to see his face beat up when he surrendered without incident and unarmed.

You got pictures? If the cops beat him up after he surrendered, that's incredibly stupid.

he probably stumbled while entering the police car and hit hit face on the door jamb.

They said he looked like that when he gave himself up.

Doesn't bother me one bit.

According to news reports he was brought in with those injuries. It does make some sense if he's been living in the woods as a fugitive for seven weeks.

It was a 13-member U.S. Marshals Task force that located and arrested him in that field. They were not operating off a citizen's tip. They then turned him over to the Pennsylvania State Police 20 minutes later, holding off handcuffing him so that the PSP could put the slain trooper's cuffs on him. Frein was then driven away in the slain officer's cruiser. Had the PSP found him would he have been roughed up? Perhaps. But since only the Feds were present when he was apprehended, and because there's no way the PSP would have assaulted him in the presence of the Feds (who work for Holder), I have no reason to believe the SOB didn't already have the injuries at the time he was discovered.

I'm almost certain that EF was resisting arrest by by flight and ran into a tree, like Glen in Raising Arizona.
This guy laid in wait and shot these two troopers from a distance (I dont know how far). frick this guy. I'd like to hope that the cops beat the ever living dogshit out of him, but it looks like resisting arrest to me. He'll get his day in court.
