Anonymous is the entity that leaked the November 10th date and "no indictment" result. Obviously that's a week from Monday, but it is in line with the expected announcement.

Yea, no use releasing this before voting day. Could you imagine the possible arguments in a polling line ?

My sources tell me that school officials asked that the announcement be done on a holiday (Veteran's Day) so that school would not be disrupted, and that the buses would not get caught up in the "protests".
