So I'm taking our annual family Halloween pics with the kids, parents, and in-laws. All of the sudden a suspect vehicle with a shady looking driver goes by. Five minutes later a chick with jorts, husband smoking a cig tatted up and a tribe of children. One kid looks 18 with bad makeup.

Don't know. Turned the lights off. Got no knocks.

Actually I thought the kids were pretty cool this year. They were respectful and said thank you. Didn't see many 'out of towners'.

I left the dogs roaming the house with my porch light on when I left for work.

They don't take kindly to visitors.

Ya know, I'm over it. It's one freakin night a year and all the people that came by were nice and polite regardless of appearance.

Yes, a few children from other neighborhoods came to mine so they could have a good time trick or treating in a safe environment. I'm sorry that bothers you. Let me guess... You consider yourself a "Christian"?

I had a girl that looked 14 or 15 that brought an extra bag for her baby.

I'm glad we get kids from other neighborhoods. There's only one kid on our block and his parents always walk him right by my house while giving me frightened glances.

We had transplants of both types. Only odd one was a 40+ year old lady with a shower cap on holding a walmarks bag asking for candy.

My neighborhood is trending more and more towards Asian/Indian and, just like the PTA, very few participate in Halloween. There are so few houses with their lights on, "the element" knows there are more productive neighborhoods. I only saw one pickup pull into the neighborhood with a bunch of kids in the back. They slowed down, some instructions were shouted in Spanish, and the kids were off and running.
