Alec Burks just got 4/$42 from Utah. LINK
He does contribute more non scoring stats than Gordon, but Gordon is a better scorer. If Burks can get 4/$42, is Gordon getting 4/$40 really that crazy?

That is probably the most confusing contract extension I have ever seen. 42 million for burks?!?

EG got $58M for 4. He's owed $14.9M this year and $15.5M next. So, yeah, Gordon getting that kind of money was crazy.
