In the inlet or Peninsula?

I's suggest when you get to Anchorage going to 6th Ave. Outfitters or the Army Navy Store on 4th avenue. There's also a Sportsmans Warehouse in Soldotna a few miles from Kenai. Tell them what you are doing, they'll point you in the right direction. I'd definitely get Merino Wool base layers though, it's good stuff.
