Carhartt makes a fleece neck gaiter that's warm. Look for some FR balaclava, those are typically very warm. When paired up with a fleece neck gaiter and toboggan you won't be losing any heat from your head. When I kayak fish in the winter I wear an FR balaclava and a fleece carhartt beanie. This keeps me warm enough, neck gaiter takes it to another level.
