I don't think so necessarily. It just depends on how it's been modified. And I think perhaps it's not necessarily the genetic modification that makes it bad for us, but the other things they do to the crops.

For instance, if they modify corn so that it is resistant to tons of round-up, insecticides, etc, I think maybe it's not the genetic modification that's harmful, but the tons of chemicals they spray on the plant that's not good for us.

But that's just my opinion, and I think the food industry will do whatever it can to increase profits and they don't really care about human health.
