What is the weight threshold before a chick is considered fat? We have a co-worker that lost a bet and has to get it done. We can't settle on the appropriate weight.

Anything over BMI 25 I'd go with. If you say 150 he just has to hunt down a bitch that's 5'11"

Height an weight proportionate is the goal. That being said squaty chicks can be fat at 140lbs. Tall chicks I would say 175 lbs.
