$650/ month. Wife and kid are also on my policy. I know I get raped, but so does everyone else at the company I work for.
$25 copay to see the doctor
$40 copay to see a specialist
$1000 individual ded.

$425 per pay period for health, dental, vision, life, ADD.
Work pays $300 of that. So for $250 a month I get a whole lotta benefits.
