Looking at the neighborhood tells me the speed limit is probably no more than 25-35 MPH. Looking at that truck tells me he was probably going far faster than 25-35 MPH.

Yea that front end is destroyed. I have to believe he ran into another vehicle or something before that. Prayers for the kids and their families.
