Why are so many liberals adamantly opposed to taking hardly any measures in an attempt to contain the potential spread of Ebola? I swear I don't get it.

This virus appears to be very hard to catch. I think we all know that. But, there have been some missteps and there have subsequently been a couple or so cases here in America.

What in the world is wrong with taking a couple of common sense steps to help FURTHER ENSURE that this virus doesn't spread? Limit exposure for 21 days for these healthcare people, and then let them go on with the rest of their lives. What could possibly be wrong with that?

I'm not certain if she should or shouldn't be quarantined, but there is a liberty interest here and I'm glad there is at least some debate and resistance rather than passively acceding to the order.

The lying schmo Dr. Spencer (in NYC who went bowling, rode the subway etc and lied to police about it) was forbidden from returning to his job at the hospital where he was employed, for 3 weeks.....hmmmm...... our soldiers are being quarantined and kept from their families and others for 3 weeks....hmmmmm.....I think ALL OF US Americans deserve the same protection from these people like the a-hole nurse in Maine.
