I did have TWO buddies get married DURING the CWS Finals 1996 and 2000. But who could have plan'ted that shite out?
FWIW, for both games, we found a TV during wedding reception to catch the last couple of innings.

there is always something going on on any given weekend.....
you are gonna miss the game? record it.
if you "HAVE TO SEE THIS GAME?!!!!?!?" skip the wedding.
it is just a football game. loyalty to friends and family should come before that.
