Of all the annoying things that people do in gyms, getting asked for a spot is what pisses you off the most. Well frick you. How about that? What if someone is a few months removed from shoulder surgery and is just getting back into it? What if youre feeling good that day and want to try to get an extra few reps? Have fun lifting on smith machines all the time douchebag

Then do lighter weight or get a friend. I am their to work myself, with little rest and a schedule. Because today is the day you are finally gonna try 135 it's cool to break up what other people are doing. K

No kidding. I was just able to get back into the gym in August after having some back issues, and like two weeks in I start doing an exercise I realize I'm not going to be able to make it through. I ask someone for a little help to rerack so I don't injure myself again. He helps me, but when he asks what was wrong and I tell him, he goes "well you shouldn't fricking be here working out" and turns around and walks away.
Those people I hate.
