The original article wasn't clear on when exactly she was sentenced, so it was possible that she had moved after sentencing but before the article ran. You'd be surprised how long it sometimes takes for the media to catch wind of things like this.
That said, the issue has now been cleared up. Sounds like she didn't do much time at all before bonding.

Apparently Ware was the director of the Public Defenders office before he was a Judge. That makes a lot of sense now.
