Your post illustrates your ignorance of the legal system. It's quite common for judges to "suspend the balance" of a sentence without muddying the record by giving a split sentence. That doesn't mean they didn't take into account the amount of time already served.

In this case, it seems as though she had little time in. I was simply asking as bond information was not in the original article. As for your being infuriated, that's your prerogative. However, it doesn't excuse your behaving like a jackass.

You have no idea how wrong you are, dumbass. I work in the criminal justice system daily. I know how the system works. I work with felons daily. Go smoke some pot and believe in your nonsense.

Does the punishment fit the crime?

I guess you'd have to have done time in a pediatric burn unit to thoroughly understand the nature of that question. But I'd say 25 years or so would be an appropriate sentence assuming this was a deliberate act.
