So, if that pass at the end is caught, and LSU won, then because the rest of the game was "lop sided", does MSU still get the W?

I did watch the game, and it was lopsided for 3 quarters. A full game is 4 quarters. LSU nearly came back in the 4th. LSU lost by less than a touchdown. What if LSU scores on the 1 yard line on 4th down rather than getting stopped?
