I think I recall an episode where a black man was on PCP and completely naked inside of an elementary or high school he had broken into at night.
This was before the reality tv craze, I don't see why they would have faked that.

Cops is one of the only reality shows that is not scripted/staged, & is actually real.

Was it around the time of the Rodney King craze?
