i doubt it would be that hard, young people gather together. Hit a few concerts/festivals/schools and boom you have a lot of registrations

I mean maybe, but I feel confident voter drives routinely sign up 80K new voters.
looks like KY signed up 40k voters since march, and kY is a lot smaller than GA.

In LA, they have 35k more voters in the last two months.

80k in a much larger state is quite believeable.
