I only really see the point if you have bigger tires because a tuner will re calibrate MPG, shift points, etc. There are definitely some performance gains as well depending on the tuner. Check out 5 Star Custom Tunes online.

Will these tuners damage the engine or tranny?

Would hate to frick something up and not have it covered under warranty.

I just bought their stage 2 intake setup and will be ordering a tuner next month and exhaust will follow.
I haven't noticed any power improvement but throttle response is a little better as the turbos are able to spool easier/faster. I'm hoping for some big gains from the tuner in both power and mpg. Exhaust should really wake it up but that will be early next year after the warranty runs out.
