The final straw was like 5 years ago when there were a bunch of break-ins of vehicles.
A bunch were caught and were all from the same group that had "migrated." 15-19 year olds, no costumes, pillowcases for bags.
Two days later we got a letter from HOA asking if were were in favor of hiring deputies to alleviate the problem.
Every year since. . .
