RBs like ingram are a dime a dozen in the NFL

almost nothing separates a guy like ingram from a guy like ridley, who will be available in the 3rd or later

every offseason there is a RB like thomas jones out there to sign

RB has almost no value in the NFL right now

I'm not excited about this guy at all. We have enough depth at RB.

People are so fricking emotional on this board. It's not like the people who were down on Ingram didn't have a good reason.

I was really down on him early on when he wasn't producing. His vision and quickness are night and day. It really is incredible to see how much he's improved.

Definitely not a lifelong fan here. Still has a lot to prove, IMO.

A solid game next week will go a long way to getting me in his corner.

pump the brakes, chief....

it's one game....

he is vastly improved, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and start calling people out like this dude is destined for Canton now....

I'm glad he ran like he cared, tonight. Is it an option year for him?

I'll admit I wasn't his biggest fan his first few seasons. But I don't think there's another player on this team that plays as hard as he does, and he's exactly what the Saints need right now.

What I'd like to know is what has changed for Ingram. Has the game finally "slowed down" for him? Is he being used better? Has he finally learned how to be part of the passing game enough that people can't assume Ingram = run play? The results he had produced were very much deserving of the criticism he received here. He looks like a totally different back now running through tackles rather than getting immediately stopped after 1st contact.
