If you live in the broadmoor area, all of those trees in that part of town are the same age. They produce every other year. This year you will just see a shite load of "self pruned" limbs. I grew up in Shreve island and we got huge crops every other year. Now im in town south and have spent my morning picking up limbs from a tree that will cost $2k to cut down :sigh:
