I don't consider taking a phone call or answering an email work though. I have been in sales or running my own business since I left college so I am used to it. I don't have the luxury of getting paid no matter what. I have to keep business moving forward. That's why I never understood the people that have to turn the phone off for a few days but again they usually have that weekly check no matter what.
