Cameron LNG makes up 51% while Mitsui, GDF Suez & Mitsubishi make up the other 49%.

Cameron LNG is the JV company. Sempra owns ~51% of Cameron LNG. Mitsui, Mitsubish and GDF each own 16.6% of Cameron LNG.
