I don't know. Maybe it was after 5
But codeine appears to be a schedule II and she put refills on it. So maybe she did something else wrong

It's a schedule 2 drug. One has to have a state ID that the scrip is wrote to, to have it filled. Don't have that, it's not going to be filled.
