Yea, pretty much everything I have ever watched on the subject has been a hack job. Not saying the BP doesnt hold responsibility in the matter but a whole lot more went into that situation that just "Oh BP is evil and its all their fault".

I'm not arguing -- but can someone tell me how this can be the fault of someone other than BP or it's business partners and affiliates?
Take the word evil away -- that is sensational, partisan hackery -- and tell me how anyone other than the parties involved with the extraction of the oil are to blame for the spill.
