In a casual league, sure. In a competitive league though? I've never seen it.
Plus injuries can blow up any "sweet spot" in an instant. If you get lucky with 0 injuries through the year, then maybe it's a possibility.

2/3 guys I drafted took me there, burned a really high waiver priority on alshon Jeffery after week 2 I think.
so whether my league is competitive or not, it can be done. I was like 2-4, and then boom. I learned to be patient with later round picks.
I keep drafting fricking dud RBs in the first round though...I just want to pick last or near last and never can.
