A lot of states dictate that wine must be sold in liquor stores, and not grocery stores.

This reminds me of that. You have to wonder how the liquor store owners, or in this case the car companies and dealers that compete with Tesla, have bought influence in these states.

Wasn't there something similar in Texas?

If I'm honest, my experience with automobile dealers is so bad that I'd love to buy a car online.
