Harris has a quick release and throws the ball with some velocity, also has better touch throwing the screens and roll outs. Throws very well on the run. He also is a more effective runner and is much more decisive both in the pocket and when to take off.

Yes to all of this.

But he doesn't have a grasp of the playbook and has a difficult time running the offense efficiently evidenced by the simple mistakes he makes. None of which he showed in the NMSU game. But showed mistakes in the Wisconsin game, the KU game, and a lot in the Auburn game. He's probably showing a lot of mistakes in practice too, thus the lack of playing time.
