Smart not to do anything since he knows where you live. What you do is keep a mustard bottle in your car for the chance you cross him later skating on the street. Drive by, spray the little f'er with the mustard and give him the bird as you drive off.

Let him get a little down the street. Then floor it down the street screeching halt just ahead of him. Jump out the car and come at him with a look of rage all violently. When he's cowered on the ground holding his board like a shield, calmly say, " that wasn't very nice. You should apologize." .
